Award-winning songwriter Justin Froese (Froh-zay) is a Southern California–based artist whose music blends Americana, folk, and soul into a sound that is both grounded and expansive. With over 30 years of musical experience—including a decade of classical guitar training—his work reflects a deep commitment to craft, emotional honesty, and connection.

Across more than 15 releases, Froese has largely self-produced his catalog, showcasing his engineering skill and affinity for the studio. He was commissioned by Warner Chappell Production Music to create music for their Valo Artist catalogue, and his work has been featured in film and television worldwide, including placements in Tulsa King on Paramount+ and broadcasts on ESPN. His songwriting has earned recognition from the San Diego Songwriters Guild, SongDoor International, and Indie International Songwriting Contest.

His catalog spans intimate acoustic releases and fully produced records, often exploring themes of transformation, identity, and the inner landscape of human experience.

As both an artist and producer, Froese has played a key role in shaping projects that have gone on to gain wider industry attention, while continuing to develop his own body of work. His performances move fluidly between stripped-down storytelling and dynamic, full-spectrum arrangements, drawing from decades of influence across genres.

Whether on record or on stage, Justin Froese creates music that invites listeners inward—balancing technical precision with a raw, lived-in authenticity.

“Justin Froese’s radio-ready voice soars... Sometimes bluesy, sometimes driving, [his music] showcases a stunning musical vocabulary, as well as a fat pocketful of talent…”
